Custom reminders allow you to manually schedule follow-up dates for customers or specific invoices. These reminders appear in the Customer Timeline and help you track important actions, conversations, or commitments without using automated chasing.
Can I schedule when to chase on defaulted payments?
Yes. You can add reminders linked to a customer and a specific invoice. These reminders will appear in your Customer Timeline as a reminder on the selected date.
How do I set a reminder?
Go to the Customers -> Customer Profile.
Select the Action menu.
Choose Note.
Select the relevant invoice.
Input the desired reminder time.
This will then generate you a note that you can perform multiple activities on.

Within the notes menu, you can also:
Pin to top β Keep important notes visible.
Promise to pay β Quickly log a payment commitment.
Copy ID β Copy the unique note ID for reference.
