All customers by default are switched on for chasing but you can change this at any time to suit your needs.
What happens if I switch customers off for chasing?
When you switch a customer off for chasing, it will result in Kolleno stopping all automated communication with the client, even if the customer is part of a strategy.
This will also result in no reminders being generated even if the client matches any of the reminders’ triggers.
How do I switch the customer off from chasing?
There are 2 methods to switch chasing off at a customer level. You can switch the customer off in the customer profile or in the customer dashboard. Both are simple just toggle the chasing button to grey to switch off chasing.
