Settings in the reminders tab allow you to set a few parameters – dismissing the same customer reminders, and reminder creation for customers in the strategy.

To Reminders Tab -> select “Settings”

Now you will see the below pop up where you can choose to dismiss same customer reminders when dismissing only one reminder. Here you can also choose not to generate reminders for customers who are part of a strategy.

Remember to always press “Save”.
