The Reminders tab includes configurable settings that control how reminders are generated and dismissed. These options help reduce duplicate work and prevent unnecessary reminders for managed customers.
Navigate to Reminders.
Select Settings in the top-right corner.
This opens the Reminders Settings modal.
Available settings
Dismiss reminders for the same customer
When enabled, dismissing a row will automatically dismiss all other rows associated with the same customer.
This is useful when multiple reminder rows exist for a single customer and only one action is required.
