Reminders and tasks are generated to prompt follow-up actions on customer activity. In some cases, you may already have handled the action externally or determined that no further follow-up is required. In those situations, the reminder or task can be dismissed or delayed.
Dismissing or delaying a single reminder or task
To action a single reminder or task:
Navigate to Collector Tasks.
Locate the reminder or task you want to action.
Hover over the row to reveal the action icons.
Select one of the following options:
Remind me later to postpone the reminder.
Dismiss to remove the reminder or task from the list.
Once dismissed, the reminder or task will no longer appear in your active tasks.
Dismissing or delaying reminders or tasks in bulk
You can also action multiple reminders or tasks at the same time using bulk actions.
Navigate to Collector Tasks.
Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select one or more reminders or tasks.
Once selected, click Bulk action in the top-right corner.
Choose one of the available options:
Remind me later to postpone all selected items.
Dismiss to remove all selected items from the list.
This allows you to efficiently manage multiple reminders or tasks in one action.
