Sometimes a reminder might be generated for a customer you have specific instructions for and as such you do not need to act on this reminder.

In cases like these, you will need to dismiss or delay the reminder, to do this:

Actions board -> Reminders Tab -> Highlight the reminder -> Select “Remind me later” or “Dismiss”

  1. To remove a customer from the reminders tab, press “Check “ on the left which will highlight the customer in blue, and display 3 buttons on the right.

  2. Select dismiss to remove the line
