When you go into your actions tab you will notice two sub-tabs - To-do List & Reminders.

These are both items that require your action but the main difference between the two tabs is how those actions are generated.

The To-do List is a list of items that are generated from customer responses received by email, phone, or SMS.

The Reminders list is a list of system-generated reminders determined by your pre-defined triggers.
