  • How does the integration with QuickBooks work? Once Kolleno is connected to your QuickBooks account, every time a payment is made, the customer timeline is automatically updated on the platform.

  • What is the data flow between Kolleno and QuickBooks?


  • Which phone numbers are imported from QuickBooks? We import the numbers from the phone field.

  • How often does the data synchronize? The synchronization will happen in up to 15 minutes and everything done in QuickBooks is soon shown on the Kolleno platform.

  • What data don’t get synched? As of right now, the expected payment dates are not pulled across from QuickBooks

  • How do I disconnect Kolleno from QuickBooks? To disconnect from your QuickBooks account: go to your Settings ➡️ Accounting ➡️ select the ellipses ➡️ select “Disconnect”.
