The platform is able to record all incoming & outgoing calls. To enable this feature - simply use the phone number setting to connect your phone number to the platform.
How to add a phone number?
Settings ➡️ Phone numbers ➡️ Add new Bundle
Select country
Select type of phone number
**For the UK always select mobile
Click Next all the way through to Phone
Select the phone number that will be visible in Kolleno.
