You can update and change your signature at any time by following these simple steps:
How to create a new signature?
Click on your company name in the top-left ➡️ Settings ➡️ Emails ➡️ Choose an Email profile ➡️ Configure Email Signatures
Create:
On the right hand side - add in your new signature name and personalize it with your own typed text or use the smart fields.
*Don't forget to save
Use the assign users button to assign this signature to certain users
Tick the Use as Default box to make this signature the default signatures for all users
How to edit an existing signature?
Click on your company name in the top-left
➡️ Settings
➡️ Emails
➡️ Choose an Email Profile (e.g., Default Email Profile)
➡️ Email Signatures – Configure
➡️ Select an Existing User Signature
After selecting a Existing User Signature, you will see the Edit signature panel.
You can update the signature to what you desire.
Use smart fields like
{{ user.first_name }}
and{{ user.last_name }}
to dynamically insert the sender’s name.Once changes are complete, click Preview to check formatting.
If satisfied, click Update to save your changes.
