Use response mapping in API Call steps

Save a value from an API response on the note.

Response mapping saves a value from a JSON response on the note. It is available only in note-level workflows, and it can set only source_id.

  1. Open the API Call step and go to Response mapping.

  2. Add an item with the name source_id.

  3. Enter the path in the response as the value, for example noteId or data.items.0.id.

Kolleno does not replace a different source_id that the note already has.
