A letter that waits for values has the status Requires input. It comes with a Task Manager task named Complete letter: followed by the template name. You need the Complete letter forms permission.
Complete the letter
Open Task Manager and open the task.
Click Complete letter.
Fill in the missing values.
Click Complete letter.
Kolleno generates the letter and closes the task. The PDF is stored on the customer's Files > Letters tab.
A task that a workflow creates has no assignee. Assign it in Task Manager so someone picks it up.
