What You Can Update in NetSuite

Customer Records (when Workflow is set to Customer Level)

  • Customer information - Name, email, phone, address

  • Any custom fields you've created for customers

  • Billing information and payment preferences

  • Contact details

Common NetSuite Examples

  • Update a customer’s phone number after verification.

  • Change billing preferences when a customer switches payment methods.

How It Works

  1. Select NetSuite - Choose NetSuite as your ERP system.

  2. Enter Field Name - Specify which field to update using the field ID (e.g., phone, custfield123)

  3. Set Field Value - Enter the value you want to set.

  4. Workflow Level - The system automatically knows which record type to update based on your workflow level.

What You’ll Need

  • Field Name – The exact NetSuite field ID

  • Field Value – The new value you want

  • NetSuite Integration – Make sure it’s active
