Export the List of Customers in a Portfolio

Overview

Kolleno allows you to export the list of customers in any portfolio directly into an Excel file. This makes it easy to share or analyze customer information outside of Kolleno.

Steps to Export Customers in a Portfolio

  1. Navigate to the Customers page in Kolleno.

  2. In the sidebar filters, select the portfolio you want to export.

  3. Once the list is filtered by that portfolio, click the Export button at the top right of the table.
    ​

  4. The file will download automatically as an Excel (.xlsx) file containing all customers in the selected portfolio.

Notes

  • The export will only include customers in the portfolio you have filtered.

  • You can combine portfolio filters with other filters (e.g., overdue status, tags) before exporting.

  • Ensure you have the correct access permissions for the portfolio.
