When a file is deleted from a customer profile in Kolleno, it is moved to the Bin instead of being removed immediately. This allows users to recover files deleted by mistake.
To access the Bin, go to the customer hub’s Files section and click on the Bin tab.
Key Points:
Files in the Bin are retained for up to 30 days.
After 30 days, they are automatically and permanently deleted.
While in the Bin, you can:
Restore a file to its original location.
Permanently delete it immediately if needed.
