The bulk communications feature is fantastic for communicating to a range of customers at once. For example, sending them a form to complete or giving them an alert.
You can now attach a document to the email (only email not sms) when sending. Click Automation > Bulk Communication > Create new bulk communication to start preparing an email or sms.
If you need to send one or multiple files in bulk to your customers, you can do so by following these steps:
Create a new bulk communication
Click on the paperclip icon
Select the file
And you will see the file appearing
