If you’re an ADMIN on the Kolleno platform, you have the ability to filter and view deactivated users when using filters such as "Account Owner".
Steps to Filter by Deactivated Users:
Navigate to the section where the user filter (e.g., "Account Owner") is available.
Open the dropdown menu to view the list of users.
Scroll to the bottom of the user list, where deactivated users will be displayed.
This feature ensures that you can easily access and manage data associated with deactivated users whenever needed.
📌 Note: This filter option is only available to ADMIN users. If you do not have ADMIN access, you will not be able to view deactivated users in the list.
