Due to the way Clio generates the Invoice (as HTML rather than PDF), it is not possible for Kolleno to get the image from the file.
As a workaround, you simply need to go to Kolleno Settings -> Company Information and upload your logo:
Don't forget to Save in order for the logo to appear.
